Best database to work with PowerApps

I have only worked with SharePoint Online till now. I've seen people using Excel, SQL and Dataverse. I am more interested in SQL and DV. Can you guys tell me which is the best among SQL,DV and SPO? Like Delegation wise and Speed Wise.
