Is there a way to personally add an id to each response depending on the answers the user puts?
As far as I know, ms forms just assigns the response number it receives (ex. The 15th response gets the ID=15)
But if the user picks "option 1" in one of the answers, I want the ID to be "option 1 - 001" and if they choose "option 2" the ID would be "option 2 - 001" and so on.
Is there any work around to have this done through flows?

The unique response ID is like a unique key field in a database table. All entries are unique for a reason and are not customizable. You may want to submit this as an Power Automate Idea .
