There is no need to customize and create an AI chatbot in copilot studio, and we think that it is possible to respond to inquiries sufficiently with the standard functions of copilot.
On the other hand, by customizing the input information with COPiot Studio, there is a vague image that you can respond to inquiries up to the core content than Copilot.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me if there are any specific use cases where using Copilot Studio is advantageous.
If you have any information (advantages and disadvantages) on the difference between Copilot and Copilot Studio in general, we would appreciate it if you could tell us as well.
