Hello everybody,
Can you switch a production environment to a development environment?
@gikido - if by Developer environment you mean a Sandbox environment, and not the Developer environment which comes with the Developer plan, then yes you can do this via the Admin Centre.

I'm talking about a development environment it's not sand box, I want to convert a production environment to a development environment, I think my question is clear
@gikido - a Sandbox environment is often referred to as a Development environment because they can also be used for that specific purpose. In my organisation for example, we have sandbox environment provisioned for both Dev and UAT.
You cannot downgrade or convert a Production environment into a free Developer Plan environment.
Anybody know if after a conversion to sandbox whether the solutions are still managed?
if the solutions are still managed, it seems that no powerapps components can be deleted.
