Data in Body of mail going Missing in Setup after Saving

I'm trying to create a very simple work flow from a Microsoft Form.

When a new response is submitted > Get Response Details > Send an Email.

The flow itself is working.

However I am having an issue with the response information appearing in the body of the email.

The form only has 2 questions:

1. What company are you from? This is a drop down of 7 options.

2. What are your comments/feedback/suggestions? (long form sentences)

I've created the body of the email so that it includes the answers to the 2 questions, but when I save, question 2 disappears and for the life of me I cannot figure out why.

Any ideas on what I can check or what the issue is? Surely it cannot be because it's dynamic content?

I've seen another complaint about the MS Forms dynamic content. Instead of showing the name, it shows the response ID in the dynamic content, just like yours did.

So it might be possible there is an issue with the dynamic content references with MS Forms. But I am just speculating.

I would test editing this in the Designer Classic View. Try and test it and see if it works. If it doesn't, try it again, except use the HTML view. Sometimes the HTML view would help solve some problems about email content.

Otherwise, I would delete the flow and rebuild it. See if that helps. Next delete MS Forms questions and remake them. Or delete everything and start all over. That's mainly how I start my trouble shooting.
