I have "Upload Image" control, where inside mobile app , it will allow us to take photos:-
so can we record video using this control ? if not then which control i need to use to record videos on power apps mobile application?

Nope, unfortunately, we still don't have a direct approach to achieve this in Power Apps. Additionally, there's nothing related to capturing video included in the 2024 release wave.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/release-plan/2024wave1/power-apps/
