If by execute front end automation you mean run a Power Automate Desktop flow, then yes you can run it unattended, but you will need two additional licenses to do it. First, you'll need a Power Automate per user with RPA license to trigger the PAD from a cloud flow. This is the only way to run unattended. Second, to run it in unattended mode you'll need the Unattended RPA add-on for the license. You'll need one of these for each computer or VM that you want to run the PAD on in unattended mode. Details can be found here:

Hi @Pstork1 ,
I have gone through the license cost details. So, my only query is can I able to run front end automation(web Automation) through unattended bot as we know that while running the unattended bot the system needs to be in signed out state.
The system needs to start in a signed out state when you trigger the PAD. But the flow will establish a user session based on the credential used in the connection. That's why it has to be signed out when triggering. The unattended mode will create its own user session. At that point you should be able to do anything in that session that a regular user can do on a desktop. No, you can't run an unattended PAD to do front end automation in your current session, but you can do the same thing in the session that is established by the flow. I hope that clarifies what you are asking.
hi @Pstork1 ,
I have a cloud flow triggering the desktop through unattended mode which I have logged into another system. The machine which has been configured to run the flow is in signed-out mode. Will the flow opens and performs web automation without any issues?
If you have an action in the PAD to launch a browser, then you can interact with that browser in the flow. The only potential issue is that unattended mode runs any desktop sessions at lo resolution of 1024X768. Here's an article on how you can set it to use a higher resolution if that is a problem.
