COE PowerApps App table does not display Icon Uri anymore

Hello,

I have the COE solution installed in an environment and with it came the "App Catalogue" canvas app to show all apps in the tenant.

Things were working fine until I noticed the icons for the canvas apps were not displaying anymore. If you have the COE toolkit installed, the corresponding field that stores this data is in the "PowerApps App" (admin_app logical name) table, the column named "App Icon Uri" (admin_appiconuri logical name).

This column is a single line of text type column but it stores the Uri to where the image is stored in Azure Blob Storage.

I tried to see if I can access the image using the underlying Uri, but I get this error:

Any ideas what could be causing this?
