Escalating flows between machines that are inside a Machine group

Hello all!


I need some help in order to discover on how to do a smart escalonating of machines between machines / flow.

Let's imagine the following, I have 3 cloud flows (that calls desktops flows as well). Flow 1, Flow 2 and Flow 3, lets say it. 

I have 7 machines, On-Premises machines in order to meet the needs of robotization flows.

Is there some way, to better escalate these 7 machines, depending on the necessity / ammount of request flows in these three flows? Flow 1 , 2 and 3?

    Not clear what you mean. Are you talking about gateways?

    No no, not gateways. I mean like... imagine I have 2 flows. And 7 machines to run it, unattended mode.
    Is there some way to automatically change and allocate the machines to the most demanding flow, depending of the quantity of the flows queued?

    You may want to use a proper automation tool like Workfusion or Informatica.

    Can I use these two tools (Worksfusion / Informatica) integrated with Power Automate?

    The suggestion saying that you should use a different RPA software is completely misleading, obviously caused by the lack of knowledge of the person suggesting that.

     

    What you need is to use machine groups to efficiently distribute flows over machines. See more here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/manage-machine-groups
