Duplicates of messageID in Conversation Transcript Content

Hi, 
In one conversation for one of our agents built in copilot studio I have gotten av duplicate of messageID with the same timestamp in the content in Conversation Transcript, which I get from the table in Power Apps. Below is the json from the transcript side by side and as you can see there are on different rows. How come there has been a duplicate? This duplication causes errors when using this in our Power BI dashboard.

    Check on the plan if the topic is not called twice.
     
    If is not the case I would recommend to open a ticker with Microsoft to check you enviroment.
