Dataverse form with tabs not showing tabs in Power Pages page

Hi,

I have a Dataverse form with Tabs and no matter what I do, I cannot get the tabs to display on a Power Pages page and it just displays the Tabs vertically.

Pulling my hair out!

This is the Form in Dataverse:

And this is how it is displayed on the page - note, no "Scores" tab name, just the "Standards" tab name as a text field:

Hi there,

Did you ever figure out a fix for this? I'm having the same problem with my first tab name not loading on my multistep form?
