Power Automate doesn't start automatically when using trigger "When a task is completed".

Hi all,

I have a flow using the trigger "When a task is completed". Any time I mark a task as complete, the flow doesn't start automatically. Only when I go to the flow, press "Edit" then "Save" will it trigger and start.

I tried removing the trigger and add it again. But to no avail.

Do you know how I can fix this?

Here's my simple flow.

Thank you very much.

    Hi @Anonymous :

The point is that "When a task is completed" is a polling trigger,it means the trigger will periodically check for updates over an interval.

As you can see, its default polling interval is 1 minute. So you only need to wait for a while, the flow will be executed automatically.

    Best Regards,

    Thank you @v-bofeng-msft .

It is indeed as you said. It will take sometimes before the trigger sets in. Is there any way we can change that or is it default as the trigger setting and cannot be altered?

    Hi @Anonymous :

The code is read only,so I'm afraid that we can not modify it.
