Guys, how do I get an approval to be done by the power apps application and that contains a description. Eg: I have a request that is made through the power apps app. I would like that request to be generated within the power apps by a specific person and if it is refused, you must have a description of the filling and return to the applicant hits. I saw that it is approved by email, but I want it to be within the power apps platform. Can someone help me?

You will probably need to use Power Automate to send emails and screens to change the request status in the Power Apps.
Your request data base will have comments, statuses and approvers.
