Entering 001, 002, 003, etc. to beginning of file name

Hello, I'm new to Power Automate but after searching for hours cannot find any answer to my question which seems really simple.

I need to save a file from many different web pages.

I have created a successful loop that saves a file from my webpage before it goes to the next page.

So I have gotten to the Save As.. dialog box with the filename highlighted.  I want to add 001, 002, 003, etc. to the beginning of the file name before clicking save.  I feel like this should be a pretty basic task but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this.

Bonus points if I am able to continue from my existing progress (I am at file #112 hour of around 800).  I have included a screenshot of the Save As.. dialog box to clear any confusion.

Thank you so much for any help you can provide.

You can setup a %Counter% like below or simply use %LoopIndex% if that is the right number.

You can "Pad text" to get leading 0s:

And then send keys of the padded text.  Control + right to get to the end of the area you just selected in your screenshot.  It would look like this:

    Good luck!
