Power Automate Question on Flows scheduled for month end

Hello All,

I have created a scheduled flow that should run every month end. So i have selected the start date as 31/01/2024 and the frequency is every month.

My question is when will the flow run for months like September, April, June and November since they have 30 days only. Will it run on 30th for these months and 31st for the other months?

I asked Copilot about this, and it says if you schedule your flow to start on the last day of the month, it will continue to run on the last day of each month if the month has more or less days than the original start. I couldn't find any confirmation, so I created a flow as I am interested to see if this is true. Although, I will not know until September 30 if it is as I have it scheduled to start tomorrow, August 31.

Maybe someone can confirm this...

If you set the date to be January 31, the flow will run on the last day of the month for the months that do not have 31 days. I have been testing this since my post last August and it has worked every month since then.
