Is there any way to create flows based on Teams Assignment?

I'm referring to the "Assignments" module available in a class-type Team, which we're using to assign students homework and grade it.

The Assignment module has a few different Status options, like "returned", "returned for revision", "viewed", "not turned in" etc. I'm just looking for a basic filter, like:

When status eq "returned for revision", update a SharePoint list etc.

But I can't seem to find a way to find where such info is saved. From the Assignment module on Teams I'm able to download an Excel file with full details, even more than I'd need.

Do you know where the Assignment data is saved or if it can triggered manually in some other way, e.g. some http request?
