Is Copilot Basic sufficient to use a shared Copilot agent?

I have developed a Copilot agent using Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder. I am assigned a Microsoft 365 Copilot (Enterprise) license, which allowed me to create, manage, and publish the agent successfully.

The agent has been shared with another user within the same organization. However, this user does not have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Instead, they only have access to the Copilot Chat -basic that comes with their Microsoft 365 subscription.

I would like to understand the following:

Do users need an Enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot license to use a Copilot agent that has been shared with them?
Is the Microsoft 365 Copilot Basic plan sufficient to use a shared Copilot agent?

    As of now, Microsoft 365 Copilot Basic is NOT sufficient to use a shared Copilot agent created with Copilot Agent Builder. Users must have a full Microsoft 365 Copilot (Enterprise) license to interact with, chat with, or use shared Copilot agents.
    Key points:
    Copilot Basic only provides access to Copilot Chat and some limited features.
    To use, chat with, or access shared Copilot agents, users need a Microsoft 365 Copilot (Enterprise) license.
    Without the Enterprise license, users will not be able to use Copilot agents, even if they are shared within the same organization.

    Users need a Microsoft 365 Copilot (Enterprise) license to use a Copilot agent created with Agent Builder.
     
    The Copilot Chat (basic) plan is not sufficient to run or interact with shared agents, even if they are visible to the user.
