Is it possible to insert a link to a website in PVA? For example, the question could be, where can I find out more about this service? the message/answer is ' ..... visit (url) for more information'

If you are using the new PVA canvas, just insert the "Send a message" and place your url in it. PVA will automatically convert your url into a link to open in a new tab.
