Just kind of curious on how or what others have done when it comes to compliance and audit log security. Pretty much about to create an approval flow that keeps a audit log list, but that list "Technically" can be modified by an global admin / site collection admin etc. So it can be tampered with.

Are there any services via flow you can **bleep** audit logs too, and or ways you use that are considered good enough for most inter org approval flows?
