Create generative answers node giving error

When I use a Create Generative Answers node, it initially generates a response but then the output disappears and shows the error: ‘No information was found that could help answer this.’ I already have access to all knowledge sources. What causes this behavior, and how can I fix it?

    Currently experiencing the exact same issue. Generative Answer node used to work perfectly and as of a couple weeks ago I am getting this same response every single time.
