Trigger Output only working in Focus out mode

I having been using the modern Text Input control and until recently the Trigger Output set to Delayed was working as expected.

But today while testing, I saw that no matter what trigger behavior is chosen, it will always trigger as a "Focus Out" behavior. I struggle to see why, I even tried it on a blank app to see if it was affected by something else, and still got the same result.

Is it because of a new update ? Or could it be cause by some settings ?

I read a Reddit post that said this was a miss in the recent update. I solved this by copying an old text-input and using those everywhere rather than adding the new one. It has a banner that says there is a newer version so you know you're using an old one.

This change is due to a recent update in modern controls in Microsoft Power Apps.

The modern Text Input control has changed its behavior, and now:

OnChange effectively fires on “focus out” only

Even if you select Delayed or KeyPress, the runtime behavior may still feel like FocusOut

Thank you for your answers! I am a bit concerned they changed this behavior out of the blue. Now I have to patch it quickly since I cannot revert back to the old version unfortunately :(
