Filtering Sharepoint Get items with substringOf function returns "not supported" error

I need to filter the results of Sharepoint Get items by string comparison.
I'm using the substringOf function, as per this link:
A similar question in this forum shows answered but it didn't cut it for me:
 
My filter expression is:
substringOf('variables('dominioConsulta')', CorreoP)
 
The variable value is correctly replaced in the expression.
The column CorreoP exists, as the field name shows exactly like that in the field's URL: 
 
What could possibly be wrong?
