PowerApps with SQL Connection before it became a Premium connector

Hi,

 

I created a PowerApp using the SQL Connector before it became a Premium Connector.  The App is usable by users in the company without a PowerApp license.  Someone told me that this is probably a grand-father case where it will work for some time before it quits working.  Can someone tell me what that date may be?  Are there documentation from Microsoft speaking to this topic?

    I guess I should have looked through this forum before posting.....

    This post from before stated clearly that the App should work until Oct 1, 2024 without a PowerApp license.

     

    But, some official documentation from Microsoft will be a good reference.  Anyone has such reference?
