Hi Community,

I’m using AI Builder's "Extract Information from Identity Documents" action in Power Automate to process passport images/PDF. While the model successfully extracts fields like Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number etc., but it does not extract the "Date of Issue" field. This field is crucial for my use case, and I couldn’t find any settings or options to customize the prebuilt model.

Here are the details:

Platform: Power Automate with AI Builder
Action Used: Extract information from identity documents
Problem: "Date of Issue" field is always empty, even though it is clearly visible on the passport.

I have already submitted a support request to Microsoft but I wanted to check with the community:

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Are there any workarounds to extract the "Date of Issue" field?
Can the prebuilt model be enhanced or customized in any way to include this field?

I am also open to suggestions for alternative methods or tools to achieve this functionality while staying integrated with Power Automate.
