"Bad Gateway" when connecting to SQL Server

I'm trying to create an OOTB connector to SQL Server.

 

I'm told the credentials i'm using are correct, but I'm constantly on the end of a Bad Gateway (502) error.

 

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?
