If you are looking for a PAD answer only (i.e. no subscription, no cloud flow). There are commands to connect to your Outlook on your computer, scan for specific e-mails and take action on those. The only caveat is that you have to trigger the flow manually. So, if these aren't on a time crunch, you can create a solution solely in PAD that you run attended at a frequency of your choosing to process the e-mails sitting in Outlook.
I have created a couple of these. How I set them up is: I first setup an Outlook rule so that all the relevant emails are automatically moved to a specific folder upon originally receiving them. When I initiate PAD, it is pointed to the specific folder to read all Unread emails from that particular folder, process them, and then mark them as read.
