Entering Support Request in Admin Center asks for Support Plan

I'm a Power BI Premium User and an Global Admin in the Org. When I tried to submit a support request it asked for a Support Plan.

Asked for Premier Access ID and Client ID/Password.

 

Doesn't Microsoft offer support for Power BI Premium users?
