Automate the creation of an excel file.

Good day

I have managed to create a form in ms forms and then automate that the responses are sent to a SharePoint list. this part works fine. What i now need and is not working is that i need to then create a separate excel file for each department, store that in my onedrive library and email each of the excel files to departmental managers. The email address for each departmental manager is stored in a separate list on my SharePoint.
