Hi,

I have a powerapps form that allows user to upload attachment and store in Dataverse. It seems like the file was not successfully save to Dataverse because I can't see the file name and it only show me the file clip icon.

I also tried to view the submitted file on my PowerApps and the submitted attachment didn't seem to be saved properly in dataverse (it supposed to be xxx.pdf)

    Hi @Xinlin ,

In Dataverse, the File column does not display the file name, but a file clip icon indicates that there is a file.

Regarding the issue of not displaying the filename in the Powerapp form, I suggest you check the 'Items' property of the attachment control, which should display the filename when the formula is ’Parent.Default’.
