Hi,

I have a spreashett which uses a addin to add some custom functiions. This spreadsheet i have to refresh daily from a internal data source the email to external receipent y. So im looking to use Power Automate Desktop to do this, however when the Excel instance loads it it breaks the custom addin and the formala then starts with _xldudf_.

If i load the XLSX normally the formala is normal.

I have turned on "Load Macros and Addins" in the flow.

Any idess what im doing wrong?

@Bigshow  Could you please try below:
"Run Application" to get Excel running and then "Attach to running Excel" to get a handle to that workbook.

                                                                         OR

Goto the registry editor and enable the add in to start on load (since the add-in gets inactive, when new instance of excel is opened via PAD): HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\ [ YOUR ADD-IN ]\LoadBehavior  and set that REG_DWORD to a 3.

    Hope it helps.

    Cheers,

    Ankesh
