I published a Copilot Agent a few weeks ago via the Web App option, and we linked it into our company website.
I quickly noticed, however, that both myself and any other admins checking can only see the conversations we've had with the Agent in a test environment.
Because its published on a public website with the intention of interacting with any user visiting the site, it doesn't currently have any authentication enabled (I've heard that could potentially contribute.)
I'm at a loss for what avenues are available to be able to pull conversation transcripts and data so we can actually establish a feedback loop and continue to improve the agent. As of right now we barely get any data from users interacting with it that could inform us on what needs to be worked on.
