I love the new feature for co-authoring. this should make our lives much easier. I am really excited about it!
I do have some questions regarding using a personal access token under MY account for the entire team to access the app.
I created a personal Access token in DevOps and we (devs) used it to login to the repo when we opened the app as per instructions. We tested co-authoring and it all seems to work well.
Here are my questions:
The access token is created under MY account and shared with devs for use.
1) It has an expiration date - no option to not expire. What happens when it expires? How do we access the app at that point?
2) What happens if I leave the company and my account is disabled or deleted? How do devs access the app?
3) General question stemming from the above: how do we change the access token?

Just regenerate the token and apply it to app. It will work. You can even create another token and apply it.
