Cannot edit instructions for custom copilot

I have created a copilot with custom instructions provided at creation. But afterwards I can no longer edit those instructions. The interface says "AI features aren't enabled, so any instructions won't apply" and the field is greyed out. But AI features are clearly enabled (see screenshot below).

Check the settings of the Environment in the Power Platform Admin center. Depending on your region you may need to enable Move Data Across Regions under Generative AI to use Azure Open AI Service in another region.

Thanks, but when I go to the Power Platform Admin center, the Environments list is empty.

If the environments list is empty that means you aren't a Power Platform Admin. You'll need to talk to one of your admins to check that setting. But copilots in copilot studio all run in an environment. A default environment if nothing else. So there must be environments. You simply don't have enough rights to administer them.

Hi, i have the same problem. In meanwhile i booked the Copilot Studio license and an user license too.

Problem exist: "AI aren't enabled" and the examle weather-pilot says: "Als virtueller Assistent habe ich keinen Zugriff auf Echtzeit-Wetterdaten."

So i costs 202 Euros without any value :-(

Under Environment-> Settings, check if these 2 features are On.
