I’d like to automate a process where all meeting recordings from Outlook are scanned, and their transcripts are extracted. Once collected, these transcripts should be automatically populated into my Loop workspace. Is there any ongoing development or support available to help me achieve this?
Meeting transcripts can be automatically extracted from Teams and centrally stored. For example in SharePoint.
What is currently not officially supported is writing this content directly into Loop workspaces via automation. At least I couldn't find anyhing.
If your actual goal is capturing decisions, action items, and summaries, the Facilitator Agent (M365 Copilot license needed) in Microsoft Teams is already the better and supported solution. It automatically stores structured meeting outcomes in Microsoft Loop. I use it for almost every meeting,
