Reset data application

Hola!

    Hi @Anonymous,

My answer is in English, I hope that is OK.

If the green tick image Visible property is currently set based on whether the audit is complete then this logic could be changed to check that an audit has been completed to today so it ignores audits completed on previous days. For example:

    !IsEmpty(Filter(MyAuditList, SupermarketID = locSupermarketID && CompleteDate = Today()))

    Thank you! @KeithAtherton

Now tick image has dissapear in all the gallery objects. For example, the last supermarket audit (CARREFOUR CCII) has completed today, but the others were the previous week. Tick image should dissapear in the first and second supermarket but remains in the last.

That's my Visible gallery property now, where "Tienda" is the store name in the gallery.

By the way, counter near to the icon should be reseted too. It counts number of false results in the audit.

    Best Regards!

Good progress! We can address the counter issue too after we've fixed the green tick issue.

Re the green tick issue, try changing the code so the gallery looks at the supermarket for that record only using the ThisItem object. For example, Tienda=ThisItem.Tienda.

Thank you so much!!! It's correct now!!

The problem of that counter is the text value format.

    Jesus_05_0-1675695370270.png

For each audit item, sum the number of false value in a checklist, plus an empty choice option in three of these items. At the end, I add text manually with the total of audit items.

I can hide the counter like tick way, but i want to reset first value like "0/15". When the user do the new audit. counter sum the specific criteria.

Maybe add the final text after sum sentence that's a problem, but i don´t know to get the counter reseted.

    Best regards
