Issue with "Triggered by Agent (Preview)" in Copilot Studio

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with the "Triggered by Agent (Preview)" trigger in Copilot Studio. When Generative AI is enabled and I ask the same question, the chatbot doesn't respond. Instead of using the trigger phrases, it just skips the question entirely.

Has anyone else experienced this? How can I handle this situation to ensure the chatbot responds correctly using the trigger phrases?

    Hello Luis,
     
    can you send me a screenshot of a whole topic? It seems that there's an issue with the topic end. You should also consider redirecting the conversation to another topic after the user received a response from the bot. That way your conversation flow will work as expected.
