1. Like/Dislike comments are not available via Direct Line
When using Direct Line, users can click Like or Dislike, but any written comments are not included in the conversation activities. This is expected behavior — reaction comments are only stored and visible in Copilot Studio Analytics (or Dataverse) when using supported channels like Web Chat or Teams.
How this can be solved: If comments are required, the agent needs to be exposed through a supported channel such as Web Chat or Teams, where feedback comments are handled automatically. If Direct Line must be used, the only alternative is to build a custom feedback mechanism (for example, a separate feedback form or event sent to a backend).
2. Copilot Studio cannot be embedded via iframe
Copilot Studio cannot be embedded directly using an iframe. This is blocked by the platform due to security and authentication constraints (for example Azure AD login and browser security policies), so the iframe approach will not work.
How this can be solved: Instead of embedding Copilot Studio itself, the supported approach is to use the Web Chat / Custom Website integration and embed that into the application. This allows the copilot to run correctly while staying within supported and secure integration patterns.
Use the official Copilot Studio web chat embed, not raw Direct Line. That is the version that supports both thumbs up/down and written comments.
Steps
In Copilot Studio, go to Agent > Channels.
Open Demo website or Custom website.
In Security, switch on No authentication.
Copy the iframe code.
Paste it into your HTML page.
i guess your issue here is:
With raw Direct Line and /activities, likes are sent but comments do not show up. The comments are only kept in Analytics.
/activities
The environment iframe is blocked by Microsoft security.

Thank you both for your prompt responses. @fragowe are using Web app and Teams channel. I have tried to provide feedback in Microsoft Teams, but I still cannot see the comments I submitted. I also tried input comments in the Agent > Test window, but it still does not appear. @ValantisUnfortunately, your proposal does not satisfied with our project requirements. In our production environment, we need to enable Authenticate with Microsoft, so we are unable to use the iframe provided by Microsoft.
Go to Power Platform Admin Center Select the Environment Navigate to Settings → Users + permissions → Users Select the user Click Manage security roles Assign Bot Transcript Viewer Save
If this does not help, the easiest next step is to ask a System Administrator to check whether transcript recording is enabled at all and whether they can see the transcripts themselves. In general, you must assign the appropriate security role in the Power Platform environment to the account that is used to sign in.
