Powerapps trial account

Hi, 
 
I have created a Power Apps trial account. It was working absolutely fine since last 10 days. All at a sudden I am getting issue. In the default environment its absolutely working fine but when switching the the env to created on that in that case, its not working. On checking the inspect option under network I am getting this error. Can anyone suggest how to fix this issue. I have literally work very hard to make for the demo to client. Already raised a case against this issue but still need urgent help.  If anyone can help me on this then it can me much appreciated.

    Looks like a Dataverse environment issue rather than the app.
    I’d ask your admin to check environment health in the Power Platform Admin Centre and confirm Dataverse status and permissions.
    Since you’re getting a database error, Dataverse is already provisioned, so it’s likely a backend availability issue.

    The error indicates a temporary database unavailability in Microsoft Dataverse
     
    This is a temporary outage, so avoid making changes

    It is a platform/backend issue, not related to your code, app, or permissions

    What to do
    • Wait a few minutes and retry (usually resolves automatically)
    • Check environment and service health
    • If the issue persists, raise a Microsoft support ticket with the session ID

    This is not an app issue.
    The error 0x80048564 – Database is currently unavailable means the Dataverse database for that trial environment is disabled or suspended (commonly due to trial expiration or backend issues). I would also recommend to check the Dataverse status as suggested by @SebS.
     
    Ask your admin to check Power Platform Admin Center --> Environments --> [affected env] and confirm:
         Environment status is Enabled
         Dataverse = Active
         Trial has not expired or been suspended

    Since the default environment works, this confirms an environment‑level Dataverse issue, not an app problem. If Dataverse shows disabled/unavailable, there is no client-side fix. only Microsoft Support can re‑enable the database.

    Fastest workaround: create a new environment and import your solution.
     

    What You CAN Do
    Create a NEW environment
    Create a fresh trial or developer environment
    Re‑import solutions from backup/export
    This is the most reliable workaround for demos

    Really thanks SebS for the quick response.  I am still waiting for the resolution since yesterday. 
     
    How to resolve this issue? Its trial account and I am the admin . Could you please suggest or guide me on this then it would me much appreciated.

    If it take more than 24 hours to resolve something can be wrong and you will need to send support ticket but just in case check service health

     


    Or you can check here your Enviropment need to say status Ready

    Thanks for the suggestion. Have checked the detail highlighted. Its reflecting fine for me. Service request has already been logged with Microsoft.

    There are two reasons other that Service disturbtion what can lead to this error 1. You do not have System Administrator role for some reason. 2. Somehow you run out of Dataversecapacity and processes are stop Dataverse becoming ready but Read only and this type of error are common.

    So checkyou Storage on this instand of Datavers
