Unable to connect to Excel for Business: Error message "Graph Access Token Not Found"

Before importing a flow, I was trying to add a new data connection to connect to Excel for Business, after account verification, took a while at "Adding connection.." page.  After 10mins or so received error message "Graph access token not found". Anyone have faced the same issue and know how to overcome it?

    I am getting this error in a flow that has previously been working with a connector that works fine for other flows.

     

    Any ideas please?

    This works -> 2. Create a Flow, then create the Excel connection in the Flow;

    Hi @Aida_H,

     

    Please refer to these methods to figure it:

    1. Log out the account, then log in;
    2. Create a Flow, then create the Excel connection in the Flow;
    3. Try to clear the cache of browser;
    4. Try different browsers, Chrome or last version of Microsoft Edge.
