I need to open a webpage/site within powerapp. (similar to a webview in Android / iOS). However I have used 'Launch' method, but this redirects me to browser new tab. Thus coming out of power app.

I have made a test and the issue is confirmed on my side. The Launch function launches a webpage or an app in default browser.

If you want to open a webpage/site within your app rather than a browser new tab, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
