Retrieved emails does not contain any "from"

So i am having issues with the retrieve emails function in PAD. When i remove the "from filter" in "RetrieveEmails" i can retrieve all emails, but when i have to sort them based on who they are from i get no results.

I found the issue to be, that when i retrieve them - with no filter - there are no results under ".from" as shown below.

Does anyone one knows what the issue is?

Seems like a bug. I have just tried it myself and it works fine:

Which version of PAD are you running on? Have you tried updating to the latest available?

I am running on version 2.32.

The issue occured a few months ago and i thought it was a bug, but it seems to have catched on. Prehaps it is a outlook setting in my organisation.

I am not sure, but I suggest you contact MS support about this, as it seems to be something that is not a global thing (since I cannot reproduce it).
You might also want to try to update to the latest version of PAD available right now and see if this resolves the issue.
