Hi there
I'm working in a company where we are running Power Automate Desktop on a Server 2019.
We've created a SA account (Service Account) for the purpose, for security reasons.
All accounts in our organization are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), but the SA is excluded from this in the form that when prompted for MFA, it will give an option to Skip that step.
But when trying to login with the SA in the desktop app it gives an error as it comes to the prompt for MFA - see attached.
In the attached picture there are two links "Microsoft Edge" and "https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo" and I tried to access them and noticed it was opening in Internet Explorer. So I assume this is the issue, that the prompt is using Internet Explorer for the MFA. But I have then uninstalled and disabled Internet Explorer and confirmed it was removed, now the links doesn't want to open at all (not even in Microsoft Edge, even though this is set as default browser).
I am assuming this issue is still happening because it's still trying in Internet Explorer - what can we do to remedy this? Is there any way to change the Power Automate Desktop app behaviour to use Microsoft Edge for the login prompt?
Appreciate any help,
Thanks.
