Unable to create power automate flow using ADLS Gen 1 and Blob Storage

Hi Team, I am trying to create a downstream datastore from kusto to ADLS Gen 1 or Blob storage but unable to do so due to some compliance policy. I am using the MS data for internal purpose only but still I am getting an error message while just adding connector.
