Since my tenant is limited to 2000 flow runs per month, I want to find out how many flow runs we have used (and are using) per month. Anyone can help?

    Hey @TheTroublemaker

If you have access to the Power Automate admin center you find the Usage, add Filter and and export the data.

Thank you, I have 54500 flows in the last 28 days (same user is flow creator for all flows), but now I'm confused.

In our environment we have 10 E3, 90 Business Standard and 80 Exchange Plan 1 licences.

Where can I see how many flows we are allowed to use for free?

For E3 and Business Standard it says that I have 2000 runs per month per user, aggregated across all users in the company.
So I have 108 E3 and Business Standard users and 108*2000=216000 flows. So I guess that my maximum flows per month is 216000?

    Hey Mate,

VERY IMP - API capacity is tracked based on consumption at an individual user level, and the daily limits cannot be pooled at any other level.

I would recommend you open a ticket with Power Automate support because they can provide you closed answer. https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
