Hello,

I have created a flow however it is continuously giving errors I have tried looking at the YT video and google it but no luck so far.

I have one file where relevant information is available and saved on the OD, And would like to fetch that information and update on the List available on SharePoint.

While running the flow, it just fails again and again

For the error that is below, just have replaced the associate name with 'Name'

  "status"400,
"message""The specified user 'Name' could not be found.\r\nclientRequestId: 5dd98d46-f386-4494-82b5-a8b492925a29\r\nserviceRequestId: 5dd98d46-f386-4494-82b5-a8b492925a29"
}

can someone help!

    Hi @JacksonDas ,

The table in excel must have a primary key column related to the SharePoint list.

If the item already exists, it will be updated. If it does not exist, a new item will be created.

I did a test for your reference.

    In my scenario:

    vyetonggumsft_9-1704029488845.png

    length(outputs('Get_items')?['body/value'])

    vyetonggumsft_10-1704029544963.png

Note that the values of the 'Name' column and the 'Title' column must not change and have a one-to-one correspondence.

    My Excel Table:

    My SharePoint List:

    Best Regards,

    Sunshine Gu

    Hello @v-yetonggu-msft

    Thanks for the revert! 🙂

I tried the same way however getting errors for "ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded."

I'm not sure what could be the reason behind this.
