Can I force Create Generative Answers to return more document chunks when searching?

I have encountered a issue in one of my topics where Create Generative Answers Node only return one document chunk at most every time I ask a question, there's some information loss due to that, is it possible to configure or pass more document chunks into the node for it to answer questions with more context?

No, you can't configure Create generative answers to use more than 3 document chunks.

The limits:

SharePoint knowledge uses the top 3 search results. Custom data uses the first 3 records. There's no setting to increase this.

If you're only seeing 1 result That means the underlying search is only returning one usable result for your query. You can improve search relevance, but you can't raise the 3-chunk limit.

maybe you can try Pre-select the best 3 excerpts yourself using a flow or HTTP call, then pass them as Custom data records to the node.

from what i observe, it either return 1 chunk (1 page?) per documents with a max of 3 documents but it won't return 3 chunk from the same document, is it impossible to change this behaviour

I also want to ask what is the difference between custom data and knowledge source, can i paste the sharepoint link of my document as custom data and then copilot studio can refer to the whole documents?
