    Please try as below..

Step 1 — Test the SQL connection directly
Go to: Power Apps → Connections → SQL → Test Connection
    If it fails:
    • Password changed
    • User disabled
    • Firewall issue
Step 2 — Recreate the SQL connection
    • This fixes 80% of cases.
    • Remove the SQL connection from the app
    • Remove the SQL connection from Power Apps
    • Create a new SQL connection
    • Re-add it to the app
Step 3 — Check SQL object names
    • Verify that:
    • The table/view/stored procedure still exists
    • The name is exactly the same
    • No schema changes happened (dbo → custom schema)
Step 4 — Check the gateway (if on‑prem SQL)
Go to: Power Platform Admin Center → Data → Gateways
    • Check:
    • Gateway is online
    • SQL server is reachable
    • Credentials are valid
Step 5 — Check SQL firewall (if Azure SQL)
    In Azure Portal:
    Open SQL Server
    • Firewall settings
    • Ensure “Allow Azure services” is ON
    • Ensure your region is allowed
Step 6 — Check if someone modified the SQL view or stored procedure
    If you use:
    • Views
    • Stored procedures
    • Functions

    I had the same problem.
I'd created a new connection in PowerApps and connected the sp over this new connection (like Step 2 from @pavanmanideep). This worked.
