Hello Team,
We are planning to integrate Copilot with Genesys Cloud using "Genesys Audio Connector" adapter. Could you please help us with the integration document or the steps.
Also suggest if there is any better option available. Earlier we tried with setting up a trunk (using AudioCodec) and that was working as expected. but seems this option is better.
