Flow Apply Each is stopping at 400 instead of 5000

I have a flow that pulls all tasks out of a specific plan in planner. Now that Plan has grown big (Between 600-700 tasks), I'm no longer able to pull all the tasks out of planner because apply each only pulls 400.

Microsoft documentation says it should cap at 5000: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/limits-and-config

shows 400 limit

This is likely because of additional steps you have downstream and/or nested within the condition. If you provided a full and detailed screenshot of your flow we could provide more insight.

I followed this post to create a kill and fill. It never did a great job killing (I always had some left over and deleted duplicates). https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Flow-Discussion/Insert-and-Update-rows-in-Excel/td-p/137060

I recognize that the original flow uses some older elements (they have been renamed). I redid it using excel business pieces and it is still pulling only 400. updated logic, still only 400

After looking at the output of get planner tasks, I think the limitation is actually happening when I pull from planner. the Output file only lists "bucket" 400 times. Help Please!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I afraid that it is caused by the limitation of the "List tasks" action.

The action can return up to 400 records.

Here is a idea with this issue you can vote with:

    Thanks v-zhos,

I already voted! I was wondering if there is another way to do this. I have the free version of Power BI. Do you have instructions for setting up an API?

    Cheers,
