Unified Service Desk - Automation using Desktop Power Automate

Is it possible to automate Unified Service Desk using Power Automate?

    Hi @Joothi 

    I have not worked with Unified Service Deks, but looking at the below, this is model driven application that you don't need to automate with Power Automate Desktop, but you can extend/edit/integrate by editing the apps itself.

    Using Power Automate Dekstop for automating it is most likely possible, but I would say you should not do it as you have a better way available 😄
